What areas of Melbourne do you service?
We have serviced Williamstown and surrounding suburbs for the past seven years including Yarraville, Newport, Kingsville, Seddon, Footscray, Maribyrnong, Maidstone, Brooklyn, Altona, Spotswood, Hoppers Crossing, Altona Meadows, Point Cook, South Melbourne, and Port Melbourne.
Will I get the job done on time?
Yes you will, because it is important to us to only book in one job at a time, until it is finished.
Yes we are fully insured
Our handymen or trades people can organise all the materials required or you can supply them yourself.
It's a small job…is that O.K.?
Of course, we are just as happy to do a small job as a large job, they are equally important.
Can you do electrical and plumbing work?
Electrical and plumbing work in general require Trade Certification and we can supply tradesman that can manage all aspects of these requirements.
Do you require a down payment before starting a job?
Depending on the size of the job or the cost of materials involved, we may require a 30% deposit.
I have a range of different jobs that need to be done, can you help?
It can often be more economical to hire a handyman to do all those jobs at once, than get separate trades in one at a time.
Do you let me know what is happening?
Yes we do. We strongly believe that from appointment times, to starting dates, to ongoing progress reports, communication is the key to providing the best possible customer service. We always call the day before starting to confirm time of arrival.
Do you offer free no-obligation quotes?
We will come to your home at a time that suits you to assess your requirements and provide a FREE quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due on completion of work carried out. We accept cheque, cash or direct deposit. A tax invoice will be provided.
Do you offer pensioner discounts?
Yes we do. We offer pensioners a 10% discount on the quoted price.
